Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the tool in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
